You may request a return or refund for the following reasons:

We will repair, replace or refund items that arrive faulty, damaged or not as described, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
We also accept eligible change-of-mind returns, subject to our General Terms & Conditions of Purchase.

Returns & Refunds

You may return eligible items purchased online or in-store within the applicable return period, subject to our Returns Policy and Terms & Conditions.

Online Purchases

Items purchased online may be returned by post within the country where the order was delivered at customers expense. Please bring or include your order confirmation email or invoice when requesting a return.

Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Returns by Post

If you choose to return your item by post or shipping, please note the following:

All return shipping costs must be prepaid. We do not accept Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.) returns.
You are responsible for the item until it safely reaches us. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service to protect against loss or damage during transit.
Please include a copy of your order confirmation email or invoice inside the return package.
Shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Change of mind policy

If you change your mind about an eligible purchase, we’re happy to help with a refund. Simply return the item within 30 days in its original, unworn condition, along with proof of purchase, original packaging, and any accompanying documents.

For online orders, returns must be made within 30 days of delivery opening video is must. Items must be in pristine “as new” condition, showing no signs of wear, scratches, or damage.
